I was born in Horry county. I have lived and worked along the Grand Strand for over 50 years. I did not move here. I grew up working on the family farm where responsibility was required. I spent 30 years in emergency and trauma healthcare where I learned to handle very difficult situations with a calm approach. I have been a Realtor since 2014. As a Realtor I was designated as a Certified Negotiations Expert. I was runner up for Rookie of the Year. I have been a listing and sales leader. I was on a team that achieved the INTERNATIONAL DIAMOND SOCIETY designation in 2019. I have spent much of my free time sailing the Grand Stand and eastern seaboard as the captain of my own sailboat. I was the commodore of Long Bay Sailing Association, the Grand Strand’s ony sailing association. These experiences have given me the ability to navigate many different areas of work and interpersonal relationships.
