Tom Horner

Tom is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio.  He moved to Myrtle Beach is 1998.  He spent 17 years in the construction field and the last 7 years in the local real estate market.  He is a licensed home inspector and a graduate of the Fortune Academy of Real Estate and Home Inspections.  After vacationing in Myrtle Beach with his wife and four daughters for almost two decades, he, too, bought in the local oceanfront real estate market after watching the unbelievable growth.  He has a strong passion for helping people get what they want and would be happy to assist you with your needs, whether it be a pre-construction investment, a vacation home, golf course, lots, etc.  Give Tom a call or email him to put his local knowledge and expertise to work for you.
