In December of 2000, Rosemarie and her husband Thomas decided to leave the cold Michigan winters behind and move to sunny Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. 

Having worked in Marketing and Research & Development for one of the largest chemical companies in the world for over 12 years, Rosemarie wanted to switch gears and join the world of real estate, admitting it was the best decision she has ever made.
