Dave Jenkins

Dave was born in Southeastern Kentucky where the Hatfields and McCoys feuded for generations.  He spent over 40 years in Washington, DC as a lawyer and lobbyist where the Democrats and Republicans are still feuding.  He visited the Myrtle Beach area nearly every August (during the time the Congress was in recess each year) for over 20 years and found great peace and tranquility on our beaches and golf courses.  In 2001, Dave gave up the frenetic pace of life in the Nation's Capitol and moved to North Myrtle Beach.  He is an enthusiastic advocate for our area and its attractions, and he wants you to know that life is not only less hectic here but less expensive as well.

Dave was educated, trained, and worked as an attorney, which should be a positive attribute as he goes to work on your behalf.  He knows the ins and outs of transactions and will thoroughly work with you through the process of selling or buying property.  He is not, however, licensed to practice law in South Carolina and has no desire to do so, but offers to let you know when, and if, you might wish to engage legal counsel.  Dave says if you have sold or purchased a home previously you may have felt like you were "in the dark' or  being led around "blindfolded" in the process.  His goal is to remove the "blindfolds" and make sure you are well informed and assisted in the process of buying or selling a home or investment property.  You will feel like Dave is your own personal advocate in the process.  Dave's number one rule is the Golden Rule, and he wil treat you as he would like to be treated.
