Brian has been a local resident of Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand for 12 years, originally moving to the area from Northern Virginia to attend Coastal Carolina University, after graduating with honors, Brian jumped into the real estate field. Focusing on investments, second homes and out of town buyers, he shot to the top percentage in sales volume within the entire Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors.

Brian joined the Oceanfront Guru Real Estate Sales & Development team after 7 successful years in the business, to continue his focus on individual buyers and sellers, but also looks to spend significant time in acquiring projects and developments to sell.
